We are thrilled to announce the alpha launch of our latest product – a development land sourcing and triaging service, Refer.

If you work on housing, energy, or other development projects, the most likely constraint you face is access to high-quality land.

Land is the most fundamental resource in any development project, and it's also the most scarce. It's a finite resource, and it's usually the most expensive part of any project. It's also the most difficult to source, with a myriad of legal, financial, and technical constraints that can make a site unviable – or impossible – to get through planning.

That's why we built Refer.

How does it work?

1. You tell us what you need. We'll ask you a series of questions about your project, including location, size, budget, and technical requirements.

2. We use our data and expertise to find you high-quality sites that match your requirements.

3. We triage the sites, providing you with a detailed report on each site's development potential, constraints, and risks, enriched with useful information from our planning engine.

4. When we find a site, we suggest it to you. If you like it, we introduce you to the landowner.
